Here’s something I wish more women knew after heartbreak… 💔
It won’t magically get better overnight.
Heartbreak isn’t 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 emotional—it impacts us mentally, biologically and socially.
It can feel like withdrawal:
Your 𝘮𝘪𝘯𝘥 is stuck in fear—“What if I end up alone?”
Your 𝘣𝘰𝘥𝘺 is craving the person like a chemical fix.
Your 𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘭𝘥 may be shifting—social circles, living space, routines.
And on top of that, hindsight bias traps you in a loop of:
“𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘪𝘧 𝘐 𝘩𝘢𝘥...”
“𝘐𝘧 𝘰𝘯𝘭𝘺 𝘐 𝘴𝘢𝘪𝘥...”
“𝘐 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦...”
We replay moments, trying to rewrite the past.
But that loop? It keeps you out of your power.
Your true power lives in the present moment.🏆
What if there is no one to blame?
What wisdom lies here?
What if this is the very experience that grows into the most powerful version of you?
🌱 Start asking better questions—not to fix the past but to shape your future:
What did I learn about myself?
What patterns am I ready to release?
What will I choose next time?
We can choose the discomfort of 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘴 or the discomfort of 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽𝗽𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘄.
This is how healing begins.
This is how you take your power back.
Choose your hard.
